Dirt, dust, and particulate that accumulates in or on the surfaces in your facility can be the single most critical element in contamination of products, and more importantly, broadcasting a fire when such an occurrence takes place.

Accumulations on superstructure members, cranes, runways, ductwork, and piping filters down to floor levels every time a vibration or air current disturbs it, and results in personnel complaint and product contamination. Additionally, this accumulation, when exposed to spark of flame, frequently ignites and travels along the/se same superstructure members to other parts of your plant, changing a simple problem into a major catastrophe.

United handles these problems in ways that will best remove the accumulation, consistent with the conditions in your plant. We can perform air-washing, vacuum cleaning, hot and cold high pressure water washing, steam and solvent cleaning. We include all the equipment in your plant (interior and exterior of ductwork, light fixtures, conveyors, machinery, etc.) or only the areas and items you specify. Our service is fully insured and subject to your inspection and approval. Our personnel are trained in our cleaning methods and we supply all the necessary equipment to give you the results you expect.

Special Hepa vacuum and Wash services for 'clean rooms' or sensitive manufacturing and testing areas are commonplace in our service 'menu'.
